Terms of Use
Last updated 25 September 2026
These terms apply when you use 360 Snap, run by Alisson, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom ("we"). By creating an account you agree to them. Questions: alissonv@gmail.com.
1. The service
360 Snap lets you build virtual tours from 360° photos that you host yourself, and share them by link, QR code or embed code. Tours contain links to your files — we don't store your photos, videos or documents, so keeping those files online and reachable is your responsibility.
2. Your account
- You must be 18 or over and give accurate details.
- Keep your password safe; you're responsible for what happens under your account.
- Tell us straight away at alissonv@gmail.com if you think someone else has accessed it.
3. Plans and payment
- The free plan includes 1 tour with up to 5 scenes, for trying the service. Publishing needs a paid plan.
- The Creator plan is £5 a month for up to 5 tours, plus £1 a month for each additional tour in your account. Adding a tour mid-month is charged pro rata on your next invoice.
- Payments are taken monthly in advance by Stripe. Prices include any VAT that applies.
- You can cancel at any time from your billing page. Your plan runs to the end of the period you've paid for; after that your tours go offline but stay in your studio. We don't refund part-months, except where the law requires.
- We'll give you at least 30 days' notice by email of any price change.
4. Your content and other people's privacy
You keep all rights to your tours and photos. You give us permission to host and display them as needed to run the service. When you publish a tour you confirm that:
- you own the photos, or have permission to use and publish them;
- anyone who can be identified in them has agreed — otherwise blur or remove faces, and people's personal belongings, documents, screens and vehicle number plates;
- the owner or occupier of the property has agreed to it being shown publicly;
- any contact details you add are yours, or you have permission to publish them;
- the tour doesn't reveal security information (alarm panels, safes, keys, door codes) or anything else that could put people or property at risk.
You are the controller of any personal data inside your own tours, and responsible for complying with data protection law for it.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use 360 Snap to:
- publish anything illegal, infringing, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit or misleading;
- link to malware, phishing or content that harms visitors;
- try to access other accounts or data, overload or probe the service, or get around plan limits.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms, or in response to a valid complaint, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it. To report a tour, email alissonv@gmail.com.
6. Availability and liability
We work to keep 360 Snap running and your data safe, but can't promise it will always be available or error-free. Keep your own copies of your photos. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law (such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud), or your rights as a consumer. Otherwise, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we aren't liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or business.
7. Ending the agreement
You can delete your account at any time from Your account. We may end the service or close accounts with 30 days' notice, or immediately for serious breaches of these terms.
8. Privacy
How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
9. General
We may update these terms; for significant changes we'll email account holders at least 30 days before they apply. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction — if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings there.
